What is gynecomastia?

Gynecomastia is a hormonal disorder that affects the male and is a disproportionate increase in the breast. Being a hormonal issue occurs mainly in the periods in which a person experiences these changes, particularly at puberty. Usually this disorder goes away over time and therefore not normally operate, especially young people who have not completed their development.

However, when time has elapsed and gynecomastia has not disappeared naturally or with medication, a final option is surgery to help remove the excess tissue that has grown around the breast. Previously there will be a complete endocrinological review.
