Osaka police arrested one of the most wanted criminals in Japan: Tatsuya Ichihashi, 30, accused of the death in 2007 of Britain’s Lindsay Hawker, an English professor of 22 years.

Controversy Over Surgery To Change Eye Color

The surgeon who performed the operation, Mohamad Shoujah, explained the procedure of replacing the brown iris on the other green. According to the surgeon the procedure can be used in addition to aesthetic reasons, for the restoration of the iris in cases of tumors or accidents

The operation involves removing the iris and make a brand new iris implant with synthetic fibers. With this intervention completely changes the iris. So far in various parts of the world had made partial statements of the iris.
But the operation, which costs $ 17,000 has been harshly criticized by Syrian doctors consider very dangerous and Health Minister of Syria, Rida Said Shoujah suspended physician’s license.
