The judges and magistrates of the country in recent days circulated a document which appears to be a letter of good wishes, with statements that would change the entire face wrinkled, hard, dehumanized and arrogant employees of the judiciary. The statement of the text is recognition of what Mexicans suffer when we are compelled to answer in court for any civil, administrative or criminal.
They are the summary of the wrongs committed by public servants every day against people who tread a courtroom. The document contains a list of obligations that must always take into account a provider of justice and their teams, a list of what not to do but that are part of everyday life.
What is this initiative? How do the judges want to change the face and reconstructive surgery on his appearance? In a document purporting to be a letter with the rights and obligations of justice in Mexico, prepared by the Mexican Association of a provider of Justice, judges and magistrates lists 14 rights for citizens, many of whom are enshrined in the Constitution and in Mexican law, statements that are almost never satisfied in any court and can be removed every day by those who went to a desk employee of the judiciary.
“It will all users alike,” is the first item on the list of user rights. The fourth is related to acts of service, communication, summonses or subpoenas from the courts. They must be in plain language, understandable and without intimidating elements. The fifth states that citizens “must be treated in a respectful manner. The authority must ensure that judicial proceedings in which appear to be carried out with the utmost respect and timeliness possible, otherwise, the judicial officer shall report the reasons for the delay or suspension of any procedural act. “
