Britain’s Daily Mail, inexhaustible source of news for the Journal of Cosmetic Surgery, tells the story of a woman who placed a mesh in their breasts to enhance them.
According to Daily Mail plastic surgeons inserted a cone-shaped polyester mesh beneath the skin of the breast and attach it to the fascia, under the fat layer. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia.
The plastic surgeon says Humzah Dalvi Breform (the name of this invention) is “like a strapless bra cup. He explains “Once installed, the body produces a fibrous tissue that holds the mesh in place as a permanent support.”
I read that in tests conducted in the Netherlands, 60 percent of women who performed the procedure did not have the need for a bra. I also read that in the world have already been conducted 600 operations like this. The surgery lasted about 4 hours and it takes two days of hospitalization.
