The surrounds (not the ring) characterizes the trough located at the lower eyelid. It is due to a sepia color of the skin at this level and delimitation of the lower rim of the orbit. Compared to the rim of the orbit, we find that there are only the thin skin.

Blepharoplasty

To correct these rings, it is possible to act “pad” the skin overlying the rim of the orbit. We now have two ways, injections of fillers or fat repositioning.

Injections of fillers are in private practice and represent a purely medical treatment.

The repositioning of fat compared to the orbit can be done by injecting chrurgicalement fat (lipofeeling) or by making a deep facelift to reposition the fat from the middle of the face.

Eyelid Surgery

It is possible to consider the lower eyelid surgery without scars. Indeed, it is possible to pass through the inside of the lower eyelid to remove fat pockets that give a puffy eyed appearance. Then there is no visible scar on the skin. The other advantage is that it does not change the look and it completely eliminates the risk of eye “round”. Hence a very natural.

The eyelid surgery is a very sophisticated new technology that few cosmetic surgeons practicing today.
