Skin expansion techniques to reconstruct the breast

Through a valve mechanism buried beneath the skin, introducing a saline solution once a week for several weeks to fill the expander. There are certain expanders that are designed so that it can be kept as permanent implants. Both interventions are performed under general anesthesia with a short hospital stay, 24 to 72 hours. Risk of breast reconstructionVirtually every woman who has been mastectomy may undergo breast reconstruction. However there may be certain risks that should be known before undergoing this procedure. These risks would be those of any surgery, such as bruises, scars, pathological or anesthetic problems which, although unlikely, there is always a slight possibility. Also, female smokers should know that the snuff can cause scarring and problems have a longer recovery period.

If reconstruction implants are used, there is minimal possibility of becoming infected, usually in the first or second week after surgery. In some of these cases it may be necessary to temporarily remove the implant, which may be performed again later. Cosmetic SurgeryCosmetic surgery can change many physical aspects of a person, sometimes you want to increase somewhere in the body, others want to do more small and slender, in other cases change the shape, look more attractive. Some surgical procedures are performed for cosmetic reasons, others however are made for reasons of trauma, burns, accidents, animal bites or birth defects, in this case the surgeon performed reconstructive surgery.

Reconstructive surgery is performed in order to repair body parts that were lost or damaged, as with the chest, when you have to remove the breast cancer process, if already, the situation is very painful for a woman and the priority is to heal, for some women, mastectomy is unavoidable.
