The reconstructive surgery is concerned with the restoration of form, function and correction of accidents, cancer surgery and malformations. The tasks of the reconstructive surgery involves the reconstruction of skin, muscles, tendons, bones, cartilage and peripheral nerves. The micro-surgery, which is a special method of surgery, is operated at under the microscope is an important part of reconstructive surgery. Since this type of surgery in recent years increasing attention has been found to have different procedures such as setting up prostheses or microsurgical transplantation established.
