This is an optional plastic surgery or elective ie, held by some gynecologists. Why use this type of surgery? There are several reasons why some women seek surgery. Foremost is the belief that after birth the intimate satisfaction is not the same.
In reality this is not proven but most of all some men have that belief. The intimate satisfaction is mostly mental.
Among some special conditions for which surgery is done are: an episiotomy did not heal properly, sometimes after delivery up rectum, the bladder floor and the walls are loosened.
