A young Chinese woman planning to undergo several plastic surgeries to look like American actress Jessica Alba, mainly because he hopes to get his boyfriend who always said he wanted her to be like the Hollywood star.
The woman of 21, who only identified himself as Xiaoqing, said he was devastated after finishing with her boyfriend, a passionate admirer of the star of films including “Fantastic Four” and “Into the Blue”.
Xiaoqing, who works at an Internet firm in Shanghai, said that during his 18-month relationship, her boyfriend of 28 years was so obsessed with Jessica that decorated the couple’s apartment with photos of actress and she spoke of her constantly.
The woman said her boyfriend but never forced her to look like Alba, always hinted that he wanted her out as his favorite star, and even bought her a blond wig.
Xiaoqing broke a month ago from her boyfriend, whom he declined to name because they could not continue to support his obsession with Alba. But now he says he can not overcome the separation and wants it back.
“When I finished with my boyfriend, I was very sad,” he told Reuters at the hospital of Shanghai Time Plastic Surgery, who agreed to help her fulfill her desire.
